Longford Properties, Inc. has designed a new 16,000 sq ft. retail shopping center “The Shoppes at Summerlin Parkway.” This upscale retail center is located on the corner of Buffalo and Washington just off Summerlin Parkway. The center is across from the Kellogg Zaher Sports Complex and has quick access to Summerlin Parkway, 215 Beltway and U.S. 95. The center is visible from West bound traffic on Summerlin Parkway and has monument signage off of Buffalo.

The Shoppes at Summerlin Parkway is the ideal location for “upscale” retailers, boutiques and specialty foods. The center has already attracted current tenants such as Starbucks, Fleet Feet, Check City and Sprint Wireless just to name a few.
